User Warranty
By placing an order, you warrant that:

Ordering
When placing an order with visualcouture.co.uk, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
Order Acceptance & Availability
- All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
- Product availability is indicated on individual product pages.
- If an item is out of stock, it may be available as a made-to-order piece. Production for made-to-order and bespoke items typically takes 4–5 weeks.
- Please note that made-to-order and bespoke items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
Pricing
- All product prices listed on visualcouture.co.uk are accurate at the time of entry.
- Prices include UK VAT unless otherwise stated.
- For international orders, the final price shown at checkout will either:
- Include VAT (for UK/EU addresses), or
- Exclude VAT (for non-EU/international orders), in which case the customer is responsible for local duties and taxes upon delivery.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
Order Confirmation
- A contract between you and Visual Couture is formed only when we dispatch your item.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order is accepted, containing:
- Details of the items ordered
- Payment method
- Total cost (including VAT and postage)
- Estimated delivery timeframe
Please ensure all details in your confirmation email are correct. If you identify any discrepancies, contact us immediately at info@visualcouture.co.uk.
If your order is not accepted, you will be notified via email with the reason provided.
Promotions
- Discount codes and promotional offers may not be used on sale items, unless explicitly stated.
Delivery
The delivery timeframe provided at the time of purchase is approximate and subject to change based on production and shipping conditions.
Shipping Address
Orders will be shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout.
If your order includes multiple high-value items, they may be shipped in instalments for security and insurance purposes. You will be notified if this applies.
International Orders & Duties
For delivery outside the UK or European Union:
- Prices displayed at checkout will be exclusive of UK VAT, automatically adjusted once your shipping location is selected.
- You are responsible for any local import duties, taxes, and customs fees applicable in your country.
- Charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient.
- Customs policies vary by country, and we recommend contacting your local customs office for precise information.
Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs inspections, which can occasionally cause delays.

Payment
All prices listed on visualcouture.co.uk are shown inclusive of UK VAT for UK and EU customers.
For international customers (outside the EU), VAT will be automatically deducted at checkout once the shipping destination is selected. Please note:
- Import duties, local taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and may be due upon delivery.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept most major credit and debit cards.

All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by the card issuer. If your payment is declined, Visual Couture will not be held responsible for delays or non-delivery.
Cancelling an Order / Returns Procedure
Before Submission
If you have not yet placed your order, you can remove items at any time from your basket by clicking the ‘Remove’ button.
After Placing an Order
If you have already submitted your order and wish to change or cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will do our best to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee this if the order has already been processed or dispatched.
If the order has not been dispatched, any payment already taken will be refunded within 14 days of your cancellation confirmation.
If the item has already been shipped, you will need to follow our Returns Procedure (see Returns & Exchange section).
Your Right to Cancel (EU Customers)
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your entire order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
In accordance with Distance Selling Regulations:
- You will be refunded the original standard postage and packaging costs (if applicable).
- You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
- We will not refund delivery costs if you cancel after the 14-day period or cancel only part of your order.
Non-Refundable Items
Please note the following items are final sale and not eligible for refund:
- Made-to-order and bespoke items
- Customisations such as:
- Engraving
- Custom ring sizes
- Design alterations
- Custom necklace lengths
- Special centre stones
- Sale merchandise
- Items purchased with merchandise credit
All returned jewellery must be in unworn condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item shows signs of wear or damage.
Returns Procedure
At Visual Couture we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, eligible items may be returned or exchanged in accordance with the following policy:
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Jewellery must be unworn, unaltered, and returned in its original Visual Couture packaging.
- Returns that show signs of wear, damage, soiling, or alteration will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items
The following are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Bespoke and made-to-order pieces, including:
- Custom gold or stone requests
- Custom ring sizes
- Custom necklace lengths
- Engraved or personalised items
- Custom design modifications
- Sale merchandise
- Gift cards and e-gift cards
- Items purchased using merchandise credit
All sales of the above are final once shipped.
Return Authorisation
- All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.
- Returns without an RMA may be rejected and returned to the sender.
To request a return:
- Contact us at info@visualcouture.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will provide detailed return instructions, including a return label for international shipments where applicable.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
- We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service for your protection.
International Policy
For all orders shipped outside of the UK, the recipient is responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, and local charges incurred upon delivery.
Please note:
Visual Couture is unable to mark shipments as "gifts" or "no commercial value" due to customs regulations.
- We are also unable to estimate the total duties or taxes that may apply.
- For precise information, we recommend contacting your local customs authority before placing an order.
Exchange Procedure
Visual Couture is committed to ensuring the highest standard of craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
We are happy to offer an exchange for the same item in the case of:
- Damage
- Fault

Incorrect item received
— provided the issue is reported within 2 months of the item’s dispatch and the error is found to be on our part.
To initiate an exchange please email us at info@visualcouture.co.uk with your order number, photographs (if applicable), and a description of the issue. A member of our team will assist you with the next steps.
Dispute Resolution
If you experience an issue with your order or service from Visual Couture, we encourage you to contact us directly. Our team is committed to working with you in good faith to resolve any dispute promptly and fairly.

Liability Disclaimer

Pricing Errors
If a pricing error is identified for a product you have ordered:

- We are under no obligation to fulfil the order at the incorrect price.

- You will be notified of the correct price, and may choose to reorder if you wish.
- If payment has already been made, you will be refunded in full within 30 days.
Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Goods
If you receive:
- Goods that were not what you ordered,
- Items that are damaged or defective, or
- A different quantity than ordered—
We will:
- Replace or repair the affected item(s),
- Make up any shortfall, or
- Refund the amount paid, provided you:
- Notify us in writing within 14 working days of delivery, and
- Return the goods to us, unless otherwise advised.

Product Imagery
We aim to display products as accurately as possible. However, differences in monitors, screen resolution, and lighting may result in variations in colour. We cannot accept liability for perceived colour discrepancies between product images and actual goods.
