Once your order is received, a Visual Couture representative will confirm the details and provide you with an expected delivery date.
Delivery Times
- In-stock items: Dispatched within 7 working days.
- Made-to-order items: Crafted especially for you and typically delivered within 4–5 weeks. You will receive a personalised estimated delivery date after your order is confirmed.
Should your piece be completed ahead of schedule, it will be shipped immediately, and you will be notified.
Please note: During holiday periods or times of high order volume, production and delivery may take longer than usual. If this occurs, our team will keep you informed of any delays.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, please note:

Returns & Exchange
We hope you are delighted with your Visual Couture piece. However, should you need to make a return or exchange, please review the following policy:
Eligibility
- Unworn, undamaged jewellery may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt.
- All custom pieces, including those with personalisation (e.g., engraving or resizing), and bespoke orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
- If you are unsure whether your item qualifies as a custom or bespoke order, please contact us at info@visualcouture.co.uk for clarification.
- Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- If applicable, duty reclaims on returned items are also the customer’s responsibility. We will assist with the necessary documentation to support your claim.
Packaging
Please return items in their original ‘Visual Couture’ packaging to ensure safe transit and to preserve the integrity of the piece.
All of our jewellery is carefully inspected and hand-packaged in London, UK, upholding the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Repairs
At Visual Couture exceptional quality and craftsmanship are at the heart of everything we create. If your jewellery requires repair, we’re here to assist.
How to Request a Repair
Please contact us directly at info@visualcouture.co.uk with the following information:
- Your name and address
- Order number
- A clear description of the repair issue
You will be issued a Repair Authorisation Number, which must be clearly labeled on the return package.
Warranty
Visual Couture guarantees a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase on all jewellery purchased directly through visualcouture.co.uk
Please Note:
- Proof of purchase is required to validate warranty claims.
- The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects only.
- It does not cover damage due to accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
- Repairs or alterations (such as resizing) made by other jewellers will void the warranty.
For purchases made through authorized retailers or third-party online platforms, please contact the original point of sale, as their return and warranty policies will apply.
Depending on the nature of the damage, your piece will either be:
- Repaired, or
- Replaced with an item of equal value
Repairs requested outside the warranty period may incur a service charge, which will be quoted upon evaluation.
